If your security alarm system is triggered, follow these steps: 1) stay calm and assess the situation, 2) disarm the system if it’s a false alarm, 3) if it’s a genuine emergency, our CMS will call a response team to check and verify the area accordingly, and 4) closely coordinate with CMS.

The security company can only detect the presence of intrusion. Alarm companies charge only monitoring fees to detect intrusion and take certain action based on agreed upon security protocol. Alarm companies are not insurers, and we don’t charge for services like insurers do. We encourage subscribers, as a best practice, to carry sufficient insurance to protect them if there is a loss or damage.

The equipment is under manufacturers warranty for one year. Defect due to misuse and related mishandling is billable to the customer.

Exposure of the equipment to conditions beyond the environmental factor, humidity/temperature, improper voltage, electrostatic discharge, mold or repairs/modification made by any person(s) other than the authorized personnel of Alarmnet or usage of components parts not Supplied by Alarmnet, poor operating environment, fire and other natural calamities.
